Step 1 — NavigationPage Creation

Search or Enter the Target Page URL

To create a new article, type the desired title into the wiki search bar. If the page does not exist, click on the red link in the search results. Alternatively, type the page title directly into your browser URL bar: /wiki/Your_Page_Name.

Step 2 — EditingWikitext Syntax

Initialize Page Structure with Headers

Click the "Create" or "Edit source" tab at the top right. Add section headings using double equals signs (e.g., == Overview ==) to automatically construct the page Table of Contents.

Step 3 — Public TemplatesTransclusion

Find & Call Existing Public Templates

Browse public templates via Special:PrefixIndex/Template:. Transclude a template onto your page using double curly braces: {{TemplateName}} (e.g., {{Notice}} or {{Quote}}).

Step 4 — ParametersCustomization

Pass Named & Unnamed Parameters

Customize templates using pipe syntax (|). Pass positional parameters like {{Quote|Your message here}} or named parameters like {{Notice|type=warning|title=Caution}}.

Step 5 — PublishingFinalize

Preview & Save Changes

Always click "Show preview" before saving to ensure template calls render cleanly without broken wikitext syntax. Add a short edit summary (e.g., "Created article and added template call") and hit "Save page".
